Psychodiagnostic Evaluation
A psychodiagnostic evaluation includes a detailed clinical evaluation and any psychological assessments that may be required. This service can often be essential in helping one identify or rule out serious mental health concerns. A thorough evaluation will help create an intervention plan and establish the need for pharmacological interventions. My approach is personalised and confidential to ensure you feel safe and supported throughout the process.
Couples and Family Therapy
I offer couples and family therapy with the goal of fostering healthy communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening relationships. Whether you're facing challenges in your relationships or simply aiming to enhance connections and create more fulfilling dynamics, I'm dedicated to helping you achieve your goals. The duration of these sessions are typically 90 minutes.
Supervision
Supervision is an essential part of any psychotherapy practice. I follow a semi- structured approach to Supervision that is aimed at fostering professional growth and identity. This is a space that not only enables discussions on cases and ethical considerations but also allows you to explore self-of-therapist concerns through a relational lens.
